Our policy outlines how we care for our customers and ensure every grazing board meets our high standards.

/ CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Changes can be made up to 48 hours before pick-up, subject to ingredient availability.​
Cancellations of cash orders within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit due to preparation and produce costs.
If no receipt of deposit has been received by Janina Grazing Boards within 24 hours of bank details being sent to the customer, the placed order will be cancelled.

Cancellations of online orders within 24 hours will provide 75% refund due to preparation and produce costs.
/ RESPECT & FAIRNESS
We treat all customers with kindness, respect, and fairness – and we ask the same in return.
Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
/ QUALITY COMMITMENT
All boards are prepared fresh on the day of pick-up.
We use high-quality, locally sourced produce wherever possible.
/ ORDERING & COMMUNICATION
Orders can be placed via our website or social media.
We confirm all orders in writing to ensure details are correct.
We aim to respond to customer queries within 1 business day.
/ PAYMENT METHODS
- 25% deposit required on cash order being placed. Bank details will be sent within 24 hours of order being placed.
